Living in Paradise...one of the most photographed beaches in the world, and it's in Islamorada at the end of street where Pastor Bob and Marcia Pavey live.  Mom, Donnie, Emily and I all visited them at Matecumbe United Methodist Church this morning, and it was a great service and a picture perfect day.
Many commercials and swimsuit photo shoots have taken place on this beach.  I found one of their models :)
I love this girl...bunches.
Ms. Marcia cooked a fabulous meal for us.  Her peanut butter pie was ahhhh-mazing!!!
She cut a starfruit for Mom to try...cross between an apple, a tomato, and I don't know what else?!
We had to hightail it back to Banana Bay for the Superbowl Party from 4-6pm.  Nancy made a sausage dip and Fran made Big Ron's recipe that is a Reuben spread.  Both were delicious...there was so much food to eat!  I was still full from lunch.
Now THAT'S some loaded nachos!  I made a crockpot of meatballs.
Lucille, Jean and Fran were chatting it up.  Actually, I think Fran was in a chocolate coma.
Here you see Biddi and the Beast in the background....well, the Beast (aka Danny) is in the foreground!  Mamaw's deviled eggs were a big hit.  She could have made twice as much.  Emily only had three...
Betty the Bookie filled the board again this year.  I was so happy for our friends, Steve and Linda on Yesterday's Dream.  They won the third quarter and the final score for $125 bucks!  Maybe they'd like to contribute to our dwindling boat fund?!  lol
Marty and Gus were trying to crash the party, looking for a handout.  Willis was slacking on the job. He was hiding in the mangroves- he's so very, very brave.
The sun was just setting right before kick-off.
It was another gorgeous day in paradise.
Kiss me, fool!  G'nite y'all!  We have big plans this week- stay tuned :)
